Welcome! If you're new to my site, click HERE to let me show you where the best benefits for yourself are located. Thanks for visiting!
Ah, what a great Labor Day weekend. I actually (gasp!) took it easy (that’s the good news) and slept for 12 hours yesterday (the better news) and am completely awake today (the best news!). :) I did discover that if you hold your family to your expectations, quite often they will rise to the occassion and really surprise you indeed!
But I digress. ![]()
So! Are you interested in building your site into something others would call "an authority site"?. ‘If so - Excellent!!! Tis a most useful endeavor! And while you achieve that by providing great insights, networking and all that jazz, there ARE other one-step goodies you can implement on your site that deliver lasting, long term benefits. And here’s how.
Step 1.) Define your niche.
I’ll admit, that’s kinda sorta a "duh." ![]()
Let’s take the topic of Internet recruiting! I’ve been a leading contributor in that space since 1998; my flagship site is RISE Trends. As you’ll see, I walk the talk I promote - I give away tons of free content at my RISE Recruiters Library to encourage my visitors to tell their friends about it as well.
One freebie, however, is available only to my paid members. It’s the Recruiters Authority Finder hidden on my site! This is a free tool provided by SEO Book. They give you permission to install it on your site…and because they also offer an affiliate program, you can make money as well by giving visitors direct links to their offerings as well.
What’s that I just heard you ask?
Jeepers Barbara, that sounds delightful! How can I install HubFinder on my site and target it to my niche blog?
Great question! Move now to:
Step 2.) Grab and HubFinder.
Swing on by SEO Tools and uncover their page for Hub Finder.
Wasn’t that simple? Now,
Step 3.) Set it up and provide a direct link to it on your site.
Bravely create a directory on your site, say, "hubfinder" (yes I know, I’m more creative than a PBJ sandwich), and gently deposit in that directory
- hubfinder.php
- nusoap.php
- style3.css
And that’s it! You now have a niche authority finder on your site! And you can now write a blog post about it and direct your visitors or newsletter subscribers or what have you…and build your site’s reputation at the same time.
Can you get any simpler than that?
Enjoy,
Barbara Ling
